Ingredients for 10 people:

  • 500 g of flour T55
  • The zest of a lemon,
  • 1 cc of salt,
  • 4 eggs,
  • 50g powdered sugar,
  • 50 g of olive oil,
  • 1 cs of orange flower,
  • 500 g sugar for finishing,
  • 2 l of frying oil.

Preparation: 10 minutes - Break 2 h - Cooking mn

Mix all the ingredients and pat them. Don't let the dough stick in your hands. Form a ball and let it rest for 2 hours in a towel.

Heat the oil at 170° and cook it gradually.

Make small balls, flatten them to the roll and make 5x10cm cuts with a roulette.
