The opinion of the astronomers

Chief Cathy was amazing! She cooked breakfast for our group every morning and three dinners. She wonderfully made accommodations for several members with specific dietary needs and preferences. Every dinner was one of the best meals I Chief Cathy herself is a wonderful and warm person and her team is top notch. I could not have asked for a better chef experience.

Our group of 20 friends and family had the pleasure of having Chef Cathy (and assistant Pierre) cooked for us for the full week we stayed at Mas des Bonnettes. From the very first meal we knew we were in for an extraordinary essential experience. Our breakfasts are amazing, crepes, waffles, quiche fruit, CROWN CHOCOLATE BREAD PUDDING!! And even with the elaborate display of delicious options they asked if there was something more they could provide, perhaps a cake?? Our Uncle took them up on that! The dinners were equally if not even more incredible. The first night we had the most delicious salmon appetizer, Sea Bass, ratatouille spiral, roasted potatoes, fresh figs and ice cream. We quickly decided that while we had only booked 2 dinners at our villa, we would like to book as many nights as she was available! The other meals continued to press. Each race was a masterpiece, reflecting not only her immense talent but also a deep love for her craft.

Cathy and Pierre were warm and engaging as they prepared and served our meals and made us feel like family other than clients. We are so freeful for the unforgettable experiences each meal provided. Each contained memories that will last a lifetime.

On need of our family, I would like to thank you for the wonderful breakfasts and dinners you created during our week at the Villa ‘Mas des Bonnettes'. Your essential expertise was enjoyed by all including the children in our family. Everything was absolutely delicious!

We appreciate the variety of foods, the exceptional pfeedback and delivery of each race. There were 18 in our family and each expressed how much they enjoyed each meal. We are also free for your pleasure response to requests and your willingness to adapt to our time frames and special celebrations.

What more can I say but a huge Thank you. Also, please extend our thanks to your assistant and daughter. You all helped to make our vacation very special.

Cathy is really at the top, the listening chef, who knows how to adapt to everyone's needs and treat everyone's taste buds.
