On the occasion of Olive festival in Ollioules, during the workshops we cooked a tart pie. I'm glad to deliver it here!
Gable pie recipe for 8 people
Ingredients
- Sablé paste :
- 150 g soft butter,
- 250 g of flour,
- 30 g Almond powder,
- 75 g ice sugar,
- 1 egg
- Garniture :
- 125 g soft butter,
- 125 g ice sugar,
- 150 g almond powder,
- 3 eggs,
- 175 g Cute.
Preparations: 20 minutes - Break: 1 hour - Cooking 35 minutes
In a salad bowl, mix soft butter, flour, almond powder and ice sugar. Add the egg. Peache and reserve in a ball at the fridge 1 hour.
End roll paste and garnish one pie mould.
In another salad bowl, mix soft butter, sugar, almond powder, eggs. Place this preparation in pie, smooth and cover with sprockets. Sprinkle with ice sugar.
Bake at 180° for 35 minutes and enjoy this tart pie !
