On the occasion ofOlive festival in Ollioules, during the workshops we cooked atart pie. I'm glad to deliver it here!
Gable pie recipe for 8 people
Ingredients
- Sablé paste :
- 150 g soft butter,
- 250 g of flour,
- 30 gAlmond powder,
- 75 g ice sugar,
- 1 egg
- Garniture :
- 125 g soft butter,
- 125 g ice sugar,
- 150 g almond powder,
- 3 eggs,
- 175 gCute.
Preparations: 20 minutes - Break: 1 hour - Cooking 35 minutes
In a salad bowl, mix soft butter, flour, almond powder and ice sugar. Add the egg. Peache and reserve in a ball at the fridge 1 hour.
Endroll pasteand garnish onepie mould.
In another salad bowl, mix soft butter, sugar, almond powder, eggs. Place this preparation in pie, smooth and cover with sprockets. Sprinkle with ice sugar.
Bake at 180° for 35 minutes and enjoy thistart pie !
