Winter arrives and the soups return with!
The squash that they are butternut, betty blue, niçois all have seeds! Don't throw them away, they're useful! We can do some salted and grilled squash seeds either for aperitif or to accompany our dishes!
Preparation
Clean the seeds thoroughly with clear water. There must be no more flesh on it.
Dry them well with absorbent paper. Spread them on a plate and let them dry at least 12 hours.
Put them in a bowl with olive oil and salt flower. You can add whatever you want, spices, herbs...
Bake them at 200 degrees from 12 to 15 minutes.
