As promised to allvisitors of the dayI'll give you the four recipes made that day.
Cherry tomato clafoutis
Ingredients for 6 people
- 1 kg ofcherry tomatoes
- 4 eggs
- 120 g flour
- 60 g ofParmesan(optional)
- 300 ml milk
- olive oil
- Salt, pepper
- Herbs of choice
Preparation – 15 minutes – cooking 25 minutes
Rinsetomatoes.
Preheat oven to 210°.
Cook them in a bit of dolive oilabout 5 minutes for them to sleep slightly.
In a salad bowl, put the flour, the eggs, the milk, the Parmesan to choose (it allows to make a slightly drier preparation). Beat the whip until you get ahomogeneous liquid paste. Season with salt and pepper. Put afresh grassor dry. Theherbs de ProvenceWelcome!
Grease a gratin dish with olive oil. Put the tomatoes and the dough. Bake 25 minutes.
Thischerry tomato clafoutiscan be eaten cold, warm or hot!

Tomato soup
Ingredients for 6 people
- 1 kg ofbeef heart type tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- Olive oil
- Salt, pepper,
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 2 CS fresh cream
Preparation 15 minutes – cooking 20 minutes
Boil water in order toworld tomatoes.
With a knife,make a cross on the inverse part of the tomato peduncle. Immerse them in boiling water 30 s and then in ice water. Raise the skin and skin.
Cut them into pieces.
Peel and mince an onion. Sauté in a little olive oil. Addtomatoes,garlicpeeled and crushed then sugar. Season with salt and pepper. Cook in small broths for 20 minutes.
Mix in ablenderhigh power for a velvety texture. Integrate thefresh creamand finish mixing for 1 minute.
Tomato soup can also be eaten, cold, warm or hot. Minced basil may be added to the plate but also vermicelli.

Tomato scramble
Ingredients for 4 people
- 5 large tomatoes
- 8 eggs
- 12 pinched sugar,
- salt, pepper
- olive oil
- herbs
Preparation and cooking 20 minutes
As in the previous recipe,world tomatoesand cut them into pieces.
In a skillet, heat a little dOlive oiland puttomatoes. Cook until the water of the tomatoes is reduced without stopping turning. Sweat, salt and pepper.
In a bowlBreak the eggs, whip them, salt and pepper.Add the dry herbs there.
Add them to the pan and do not stop beating for 5 to 7 minutes. You choose the consistency you want, liquid, mellow, well cooked...
If you choose to put fresh herbs, do it at the end of cooking.
This recipetomato rustis to be done when thetomatoes too walledbegin to snag.

Red fruit salad and tomatoes (pleonasm!)
Ingredients for 6 people
- 3 beautiful tomates well firm and a variety without too much seeds
- 250 g ofstrawberries
- 125 g ofRaspberries
- 125 g ofwall
- 125 g ofblueberries
- 1 lemon
- 3 cs ofbrown sugar
- 2 cs dolive oil
- Basil (Thai or lemon)
Preparation: 15 minutes
Clean all the fruits.
Cuttomatoes in small cubes.Sweep them. Put them in a bowl.
Cut strawberries in 2 or 4 depending on their size. Add to tomatoes and other fruits. The list is not exhaustive, other red fruits can be included in this recipe.
Sugar. Press the lemon and add. Add the olive oil and chopped basil and mix well. Keep cool.

For basil I recommend lemon that goes well with fruits but also Thai that has an anise taste. However, you can use traditional basil.
