This is‘Summer,e sun shines and lcicadas sing And all we've got is a craving to eat Fresh salads. Here's a little one. Artichoke salad which I love and which is unanimous.

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 8 Artichoke funds
  • 1 bouquet of basil
  • 150 g of chips of Parmesan
  • 50 g of Pine nuts
  • 50 ml ofolive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt, pepper
